A graduate of Middle Tennessee State Nursing School, Mrs. Obi has been a fixture in the medical community for at least 20 years.
Nurses are personally accountable for the provision of safe and competent nursing care. It is the responsibility of each nurse to maintain the competence necessary for current practice. Maintenance of competence includes participation in ongoing professional development to maintain and improve knowledge, skills and attitudes relevant to practice in a clinical, management, education or research setting.
Many years after attaining a doctorate in Economics at Middle Tennesee State University, Dr. Obi decided to devote his talents to the profession his wife so passionately believed in.
